Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the MeshTok API ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
MeshTok is an API gateway that provides unified, OpenAI-compatible access to third-party AI models. We pass your requests to the model you select and return the model's response. We are a technical intermediary; the models are operated by their respective providers.
2. Accounts & API keys
- You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret. Activity under your keys is your responsibility.
- One person or organization per account. Do not share accounts.
- We may suspend keys used for abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
3. Billing & credits
- The Service is prepaid. You purchase credits and consume them per token, at the rates shown on the pricing page.
- Payments are processed by third-party processors (card processors and on-chain USDT payments). On-chain payments are final and irreversible by nature.
- Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Failed or erroneous charges should be reported to support within 14 days.
- Credits do not expire while your account remains active.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal under applicable law, including CSAM, or content intended to defraud, harm, or harass;
- Attack, probe, or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure;
- Circumvent rate limits, billing, or access controls;
- Resell access to the Service without written permission.
5. Model output
AI models may produce inaccurate, biased, or otherwise unreliable output. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it. We do not warrant the accuracy, fitness, or legality of model output for any purpose.
6. Availability
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Remaining prepaid credits of an account terminated for abuse are forfeited.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeshTok is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any claim exceeding the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
